Cincinnati weather is very unpredictable. So, when it gives you sunshine on a Sunday in April, you take advantage. You put on something pretty and go prance around the park after brunch. When it’s warm enough to eat brunch on the patio, it’s time to bring out shades of gray, white and nude.
I recently rediscovered these suede shorts deep in my closet and fell in love with them. The weight and texture make them perfect for the Spring. Paired with the white drapey top with leather panels, I felt daring and confident. That may be the reason I was ambitious enough to throw on nude heels with gold spike details. (Full disclosure, I changed into sneakers almost immediately after these photos were taken.) The light gray jacket is great for the fickle Spring weather. It’s woven cotton gave a soft vibe yet still hold character with the quilted shoulders.
